Pricing
Each product is switched on and charged separately. You pay for the work it does, plus two monthly charges if you use them: bookable staff and phone numbers. There is no setup fee, standing fee or minimum spend.
Every charge is tied to the piece of work that caused it, and itemised by product on your statement.
Most charges are for work done: a signing request sent (35p), a text message (4.73p), a page read (0.62p), a minute on the phone. A product you have not switched on costs nothing.
Booking charges £10 a month for each member of staff customers can book, for the whole calendar month. Voice charges each phone number monthly in advance. Nothing else is monthly.
Full Branding is £10 a month per brand once you publish it, and your own booking domain is £10 a month. Signing and booking work without either.
The platform charges for the items on this page and nothing else. If you agree different terms with us, such as your own rates or invoiced billing, they are written into your order form.
Each total is the published rates multiplied by the stated quantities. Swap in your own quantities and the arithmetic is the same.

Reading and the AI check are charged separately, and you can use reading on its own. The upload is free; keeping the file costs 2.4p per GB a month, a fraction of a penny for a document this size.

Yes. Custom pricing per organisation is part of the platform. The standard rates apply until yours are agreed and written into your order form.
You are warned when it runs low. If it runs out, charged activity pauses and free activity carries on. Automatic top-up stops that happening at all.
Customer files are stored in Amazon S3 in London. The security page explains how data is protected and who else processes it.
